- I am a travel enthusiast and am eager to earn more stamps in my passport. I am very interested in photography and I use my Nikon D5000 to take my shots to the next level. Eating and cooking are two pastimes of mine which you can probably tell from all the food I blog about from the places I visit. I love a good room temp Cabernet or a cold Guinness. I can eat Mexican food until the day I die, and if you challenge me to an oyster eat off, I will beat you ;)I read a ton, ranging from autobiography's and Hemingway to vampire novels and style mags.
